Stimulus

1) Build to an 8/10 for the day and complete sets and reps as prescribed, aim should be 5-10 reps on the max set. Follow up with a higher percentage single, should have room for 2+ reps

2) Select a snatch weight that you can complete the movement in under 1.5 mins, the pull-ups under 3 mins, and the run under 6 minutes (reduce distance as needed). This may be a 30 minute AMRAP for many and that’s okay
