*Every Minute (starting at 0:00) do 4 object-facing burpees

Stimulus

1) Build to a weight that is very challenging for 15 unbroken reps, try to add a bit of weight and do 12 unbroken, repeat for 9 reps

2) A chipper workout with a burpee interruption at the start of each minute. If you are on box jumps, burpees are box-facing. If you are on the barbell, burpees are bar-facing; same for dumbbells. 25 minute cap
