150 Wallballs (Split)
150 Double Unders Each
3000/2400m Row (split)
150 Double Unders Each
150 Wallballs (Split)

Stimulus

1) This is a fun partner workout to complete, so grab a friend and get working. You will switch on and off for the wallballs. You will then each do 150 double unders or single unders, but must wait until both of you are finished the movement to move on. You will also split the row up between the two of you. You can switch whenever you want on the reps you are sharing. Have Fun!!
