Stimulus

1) Start at 60% and build to a heavy set

2) Push the pace in this workout and aim to finish in under 15 minutes (20 minute cap). Elevate the push-ups to be able to complete them in 4-5 sets, cleans in quick singles, and aim for unbroken on the double-unders if possible
