1) Build to 88% of your 1RM in sets of 3 then do 3 x 3 at this weight, or build to a heavy 3 for the day

2) A lot of work for a 20 minute cap, the bike should take 4-5 minutes, rope climbs in 4-5 minutes, burpees in 5-6 minutes, TTB in 3-4 minutes, deadlifts in 2-3 minutes (max 75%)
