Big ass tire flips @ 600/550
Rope Climbs @ 15/12’
Calorie Row
Wallballs @ 20/14
Strict Pull-ups
Power Snatches @ 135/95
Stimulus
With one person working at a time, do as many reps as possible in a five minute window at each station. Clock will allow for 1 minute or transitions to the next station and weight changes as needed. Tire flips can be done as partners or solo (with a spotter). If unable to do tire flips, sub with double-kettlebell deadlifts. Rope climbs can be seated rope climbs or reduce the height.
