Workout of the day:

9:30am - 9:45am: Run warm-up

9:45am - 10:00am: Run OR Run + Walk Intervals

10:00am - 10:30am: Stretch + Soft-Tissue Release

Stimulus

Starting with a warm-up specific to going for a run, we will spend 15 minutes either running + walking or running straight through. The last 30 minutes of the class will be dedicated to cooldown and recovery
