2 Minute Row Calories

In time remaining, build to heavy power clean + 2 shoulder to overhead

Stimulus
Looking to use the bike and row to warm up, try to increase intensity with each change in equipment. If you are sore from 22.3 then use this as recovery. For barbell work, build to heavy “for the day” and focus on hitting positions over hitting PRs.
