60 Minute AMRAP:

5 Pull-ups

15 Goblet Squats

Option 3)

75 Minute AMRAP:

1600m

5 Bar Muscle-ups

10 Handstand Push-ups

20 Pistols

Select an option appropriate to your skill and fitness level and keep moving. Goal should be to do bodyweight movements in 1-2 sets max.
