Stimulus
1) Head to the compound (out the front door) and practice flipping tires. If this is not something you want to work on, you can practice d-ball cleans or sandbag cleans
2) With a partner. The runs are done together, both partners must be back before chipping away at the 21-15-9, with one person working at a time and can be subbed out at any time. Select only ONE of the three listed movements based on what you can do with that weight. Each run will take 4-6 minutes, biking and snatches/cleans/deadlifts will take 6-10 minutes. 25 minute cap
