Partner workout (can be done individually with half of the work):
Buy-in: 100 Calorie Echo Bike (both working at the same time)

4 Rounds (one person working at a time, switch at any time):
8 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges @ 50/35
10 Anchored Sit-ups
12 Gym width (20’) Shuttle Runs

Cash-out: 100 Burpees (both working at the same time)

Cool-down

Stretch + Roll out for 10 Minutes

Choose your own adventure! If you want some structured rest and for someone else to do more work than you, buddy up with someone willing to do so. If you’re up for the challenge, you can do all the reps yourself (or half). A group of 3 is possible as well if you’re looking to complete 1/3 of the work :)
