Stimulus

1) This workout involves a heavy deadlift with a fatigued core. If today is a recovery day, be cautious on weight and scale GHD. The deadlift should be a moderate weight that allows you to complete the first set in 3 sets or less. You do not need to reach full extension for the Box Jump Overs, but you must step down from the box each rep on the other side. The volume of GHD is large, so scale to sit ups or toes to bar practice if you have not been training GHD. Scale volume to 15-12-9 GHD if you are wanting to attempt some.
