Stimulus

1) You will work through five 4 minute AMRAPs, each with a 4 minute rest between them. The bike should take roughly 2:15, aiming to go at a pace to pick up the KB right away. KB swings should be completed in no more than 2 sets. Bell will go overhead with arms locked out at top to count a rep. The goal should be to have 1 minute of HSW practice before your rest. This can be subbed for wall walks, handstand holds, or bear crawls.
