Stimulus

1) The Bike or row should take you roughly 1 minute, followed by 30 seconds for the DU and 30 seconds for the T2B. This equals roughly 2 minutes a round, aiming for less than 3 minutes a round to finish under the time cap. This is a good day to practice toes to bar. Take the time to get some good reps in or progressions. Sub toes to bar for knee raises or leg lowers if needed.
