1) Jack-O-Lantern Partner Workout

3 Rounds for Time (30 Min. Time Cap)

1000m Run OR 60/50 Cal Bike
60 Abmat Sit Ups
4 Gym Laps of Double Dumbbell Farmer Carry (50/35)

Stimulus

1) This will be a fun partner workout to get through! Bike will be completed together with both partners performing the full run or 60/50 Cal bike. You can only move on once both partners are finished. Sit ups are split between the two partners, each totaling 30 per partner switching when needed. Farmer carry gym laps will be done together with one partner holding two dumbbells at a time. You can switch who is carrying whenever you choose but you both are walking together. Have a spooky time :)
