Stimulus
This is a very grippy workout, alternating between two dumbbell movements. You will be aiming for roughly two minutes of dumbbell work and two minutes or rowing each round, since you will be roughly every 4 minutes out of the 12. The dumbbells will be held at the side for the step ups, alternating each step. Choose a weight that allows for unbroken sets.
