1) You will perform three sets of 6 reps building in weight. Aim to build to 70-80% of your 1RM strict press.
2) You will perform 60 reps of toes to bar and push jerks, break them up however you like. Pick a rep scheme that you will be able to keep moving through without stopping, such as 10 rounds of 6 reps of each.
