Stimulus
1) Build to a heavy triple deadlift for the day, resting 2-3 minutes between heavy sets. Take a long time warming up and take small jumps
2) Deadlift should not exceed 80% of your 1RM, toes-to-bar completed in 2-3 sets max, steady burpees to recover for the other two. Expect a round every 3 minutes or so
