Stimulus

1) Two waves of 5-4-3-2-1 at specific percentages. If you do not have a 1RM to go off of, build to one using the following rep scheme: 5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2-1-1

2) Bike and skipping should take less than 2.5 minutes, leaving enough time to complete a minimum of 5 reps of power snatches before resting for 3 minutes
