Stimulus
1) Build in sets of 5 until you feel you are at a weight that you couldn’t do more than 10 of. Rest 2-3 minutes before your final attempt, goal is between 75-85%
2) 600m run is to the Best Western sign between Hotel 1 and Hotel 2 (approximately 3-4 minutes), each round your toes-to-bar decreases by 10 (should be able to complete 30 in under 2 minutes), reverse lunges are with two dumbbells held down by your sides (2 minutes or less). 18 minute cap
