Stimulus

1) This is a challenging weight to focus on bench mechanics so take your time and maintain shoulder stability throughout each rep. Use spotters as needed and stop before failure on back-off set

2) Meant to be a quick workout, reduce reps as needed to complete each round under 2 mins
