Stimulus

“Barbara” was last programmed on October 17th, 2017. You are looking to complete rounds in 5-6 minutes max as with the addition of the mandatory rest, this will stretch into a 40-45 minute workout. There is a lot of volume at bodyweight here, expect fatigue to set in early and sets to be very small. Scale by reducing reps by 10 or perform as an AMRAP.
