Stimulus

1) Build up to prescribed percentages and then do 4 sets at that weight, or build across the sets to a maximum of 80% of your best push press. Should feel like you have 3+ reps in reserve

2) Each bike will take around 9 minutes, deadlifts and TTB rounds should take less than 3 minutes each. Select a weight that allows for 3 sets max, break up TTB into manageable sets
