30’ Unbroken HS Walk (Or 3 Wall Walks)
Max Calorie Echo Bike

Move
20 Minute AMRAP:
12 Goblet Squats (Or Air Squats)
12 DB Presses
12 Step-ups
100m Farmers Carry

2) “Moneyball”
3 Rounds:
21-15-9
Wallballs @ 20/14
Box Jumps @ 24/20 (No rebounding)

200m Farmers Carry @ 50/35 after the 9s
of round 1 and 2

Stimulus

1) Work on HS positions for 30-45s and then bike for remainder of 90s at a moderate intensity

2) Finish the 21-15-9s of wallballs and box jumps before doing a 200m farmers walk with dumbbells (sandwiched between the rounds for a total of 2 farmers walks @ 200m). For “Move” workout, farmers carry happens each round
