Stimulus

1) Looking to build to a heavy single strict press for the day. Your focus is on a stable midline, stable shoulder position, and keeping the bar close while keeping the elbows in front

2) Meant to be a quick and unbroken workout, modify weight of the barbell/dumbbells to allow for this. It will be difficult to push the pace on all three movements, I suggest dialing back the intensity on the run or the bike
