Tracy Yungwirth

Tracy embodies the spirit of adventure and dedication both in her professional life as a labor and delivery Registered Nurse and in her pursuit of fitness through CrossFit. Having relocated from Prince Albert 2 ½ years ago with her boyfriend and his 12-year-old son, Tracy found her rythum again in CrossFit, a journey that began back in PA.

Initially apprehensive, Tracy was encouraged by a friend who assured her that CrossFit offered a welcoming community where workouts could be tailored to individual needs. This assurance proved true, as Tracy fell in love with the supportive atmosphere and the adaptability of CrossFit workouts. Despite a hiatus upon moving to Saskatoon, Tracy is thrilled to be back at it, fueled by the preprogrammed workouts and the unwavering encouragement from coaches and fellow members. For Tracy, conquering each workout is not just a physical feat but a triumph of spirit, leaving her feeling empowered and fulfilled.

Beyond the gym, Tracy's zest for life knows no bounds. She finds joy in a myriad of hobbies and pastimes, including crochet, travel, snowboarding, biking, hiking, spending quality time with friends and family, immersing herself in a good book, and even attempting golf (albeit, with varying degrees of success she states).

Tracy's favorite holiday destinations reflect her adventurous spirit, as she gravitates towards warm climates, serene lakes, and majestic mountains. From the tropical beaches of the Philippines to the vibrant streets of Mexico, Tracy has explored diverse corners of the globe, including Cuba, Kenya, Germany, Austria, and many parts of the United States. Yet, her thirst for adventure remains unquenched, with countless destinations still on her bucket list, eager to be discovered and experienced.

Tracy Yungwirth embodies the spirit of CrossFit both inside and outside the gym—a resilient spirit fueled by determination, camaraderie, and an insatiable passion for life's adventures. Great to have you as part of the CFCL community Tracy <3
