WOD Fri June 1

The Be Like Bruce Fitness Festival will be held on June 9th and June 10th

What is it? CrossFit competition on the Saturday followed by a relay style triathlon on the Sunday and one final WOD on the Sunday.

There is an Rx and a scaled division, and StrongFit has teams in both divisions and of male and female teams.

All the CrossFit WODs will be held at Reebok 306 and the start of the triathlon will be held at Harry Bailey Pool.

If you're free and are interested in taking in the entertainment of competitive exercising, we have several teams from our gym competing at the following times:
