We are joining the greater fitness community by supporting NB Strength in their efforts to raise funds and awareness for one of their members. You have the option to row up to 42.2km in groups during the class in support of Amanda’s treatment for breast cancer.

Stimulus

You can treat this workout as a full recovery workout by lowering intensity and breaking up your sets. Keep sets quick on toes to bar and keep burpees over the rower steady. You can go all out on the rower because you have a long rest after the row.
