Stimulus
1) Aim is to build to a weight that allows you to get up to 20 reps (roughly 60% of 1RM)
2) Come out at a more than slightly uncomfortable pace as you will get a bit of rest at the end of each round. Toes-to-bar can take up to 1-1.5mins , run in 2-2.5 minutes, and snatches in 1-1.5 mins. Cap of 27 minutes (less than 6 minutes a round with the rest)
