10 Jumping Pull-ups
10 Goblet Squats
10 Box Step-ups

2) “The Admiral”

3 Rounds For Time:
20 Burpee Pull-ups
20 Front Squats @ 155/105
20 Box Jumps @ 24/20

Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy set of 3 front squats, if it’s feeling good go for a PR

2) Keep moving and break up movements where needed (most likely front squats). 20 Minute cap
